“If I can make it there, I’ll make it anywhere,” goes the famous song about New York City. Is there a place — a city, a school, a company — about which you think (or thought) the same? Tell us why, and if you ever tried to prove that claim.
I’ll change the line from ‘If I can make it there, I’ll make it anywhere,’ to ‘If I can make it here, I’ll make it anywhere.’
After all what greater achievement than to follow the ‘Daily Prompt’ with a post-a-day without fail for as far back as I can remember, to develop skills of writing and understand how to increase interest through design of site including addition of widgets like ‘Goodreads’, to have countless likes and even more followers, to respond in kind to every member of the community of bloggers following ‘The Daily Post’, to be nominated for a few blogging awards, to open horizons for new exploits through long-form writing from ‘Weekly Writing Challenges’ or creating photo-journals from ‘Weekly Photo Challenges’, to participate in exercises like Writing 201: Beyond the Blog Post. Why: because I want to be excited about tommorrow’s task. And if I can achieve just some of the things listed above then that is proof for me that ‘If I can make it here, I’ll make it anywhere.’
