Now that you’ve got some blogging experience under your belt, re-write your very first post.
Of course my first blog wasn’t answering the prompt but off on some obscure tangent. Get to the point, already, I hear myself say. So here is a revision of that first post, not perfect but still, now treating the question a little more, I hope:
A lively group discussion, an intimate tête-à-tête, an inner monologue — in your view, when it comes to a good conversation, what’s the ideal number of people?
One is with me,
Two of us draw a line, or otherwise: a line can be drawn between our two points,
Three can be another eye,
Four is two add two,
With five-a-side on our team,
Six of each of us makes one element in the universe,
Seven is lucky in the ‘Wild West’,
Eight is a figure of a twisted ‘O’,
With nine we are each one of a (black) cat’s lives,
Ten for the invention of the word ‘decimal’,
Two legs eleven,
All twelve we stand as a jury,
With thirteen we are the indivisible, with an unlucky extra one.
