I try every morning to wake up and get to the swimming pool to do my laps. It means I get up early. I like it that way. At the pool it’s like meditative exercise. And I miss it when I am not there.
What is the one thing that drives you to wake up in the morning and do whatever it is you do? Is it writing, family, friends, or something else entirely?

I find there is something very Zen like about exercising, especially repetitive stuff like swimming laps.
